The Theatre has a raked auditorium and, for its size, good lighting and sound facilities with separate dressing room and stage level access for loading/unloading. There is also a large car park which is owned by the theatre, and there are pleasant accommodation and dining facilities nearby.

Directions: It is 10 minutes from J.35 on the M6 (follow signs for Milnthorpe). Take A6 Northbound and follow signs for MILNTHORPE. Beetham is 1 mile before Milnthorpe. Theatre is signed on left as you enter Beetham.
From the East, use A65 to M6 roundabout, then M6 southbound to J.35 and then as above.
Warning - if coming from North, do not take any exit to Kendal.

Posters, flyers, photographs We need publicity material very early. Theatre is only open every two weeks and main ticket sales are to audiences at previous shows. Very important to have"coming soon" displays a least five to six weeks in advance

Box Office only open Tuesdays and Fridays from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. If you have your publicity available, why not send it now?

Programmes - We give free programmes with tickets to our audiences. Please send as early as possible a specimen programme for your show from which we will make our own programme

Technical - We can sometimes provide a technician but only by arrangements. A lighting plot and stage plan should be sent three to four weeks in advance.

Time of arrival As early as possible and not later than 3.30 p.m. on the day of the performance. We start at 7.30 p.m. Audiences are admitted from 7 p.m. We have a bar which is open before the performances and at the interval. We always need to have an interval of 15 - 20 minutes. Only in exceptional circumstances and by prior arrangement made at the time of booking can this be varied.

Accommodation This (if arranged previously) is usually in the form of hospitality. You will be a guest in the home of one of our members.

Setting - We can sometimes supplement your setting if desirable. "Black boxes" are not acceptable
