Silverdale Art Group has now been in existence for over 40 years to cater for those in the local community interested in drawing, painting and other artistic pursuits.
Meeting twice a week throughout the year they enjoy regular demonstrations and workshops, with outdoor sketching in the summer.
Their objectives are to foster and promote all aspects of the visual arts in the community and to facilitate personal improvement, art education and recreation of members.
The Heron is pleased to display their work of which many examples will be for sale.
